There were a few things in here I’m thinking of trying – like

  • 7 – 9 hours sleep each night
  • reducing grains (I just don’t think I could eliminate them, but maybe some sweet potatoes would be good).
  • Going to bed slightly hungry
  • Fish oil (I’ll give it a try)
